In the fall, we spend a lot of time at home as never before, since we don’t really want to go out and take into account the weather, which in the last autumn months is almost not pleasant with warmth and dryness. But this is the time to try new recipes, including experimenting with your favorite coffee. We offer several recipes that will not leave you indifferent.

Honey Americano

What we need:

– A cup of espresso.

– 125 ml. hot water.

– A teaspoon of honey.

– Slice of lemon.

– Egg yolk.


How we cook:

We dilute the espresso with hot water, note that it is important to use freshly prepared espresso, not preheated. Next, grind the yolk with sugar (you need about a pinch of sugar), grind until the mixture turns white. Add honey and wipe again. Pour the honey mass into the bottom of the cup and pour in the Americano in a thin stream, stirring slowly. Finally, add the lemon wedge.

Latte with white chocolate

What we need:

– 2.5 tbsp. ground coffee.

– 300 ml. hot water.

– 700 ml. milk.

– 100 grams of white chocolate.

How we cook:

We prepare coffee in a French press, leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Prepare milk in a saucepan over medium heat. When the milk boils, add the pre-chopped chocolate. Stir until the milk and chocolate form a single mixture. If desired, you can whisk the mixture and then remove from heat. For serving, you should choose beautiful tall glasses, pour in the coffee itself, and then add milk and milk froth on top.

Cream Cheese Coffee

What we need:

– 50 ml. milk.

– Salt (pinch).

– Half a spoonful of sugar.

– 50 grams of your favorite processed cheese.

– 2.5 tbsp. spoons of coffee.

– 300 ml of water.

How we cook:

We boil milk, add cheese and salt, then it is important to mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. The cheese should be completely melted. Pour the milk-cheese mass into the finished coffee; add sugar and cinnamon to taste.
