The producer intends to push for a new law related to minor children
In Moscow, the Interior Ministry opened a criminal case over the dissemination of false information about the health of Alexander Plushenko, the son of figure skater Evgeni Plushenko and producer Yana Rudkovskaya.
– Initiate a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 128.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (slander contained in a public speech, publicly displayed work, or in the media), – TASS quotes a fragment of the statement of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In her Instagram, Rudkovskaya wrote that, in addition to initiating a criminal case, she, together with lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky, will seek the adoption of a law that will prohibit the media “from publishing information about underage children without parental permission.”
Let us remind you that Yana Rudkovskaya filed a lawsuit because of an article in StarHit about children’s mental disorders. The media stated that the alleged 7-year-old boy, nicknamed the Gnome Gnome, was diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome.
